Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and based on weight.  Prices start at £10.99.
Delivery time: normally 3-10 working days from despatch. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.

We currently do not ship outside of Europe.

Damaged Goods

On delivery, please check your products carefully. If you think these are faulty, damaged or not as described then please email us straight away at world@welivein.co.uk and we will either resend the products or issue a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It’s ok to change your mind

We hope that you love your products, but if you are in any way dissatisfied then please email us at world@welivein.co.uk and we will look for resolution.

We also understand that in certain instances you may choose to return your items purchased from us and this is ok!  We are happy to refund or exchange any products purchased from this site, provided they are in their original packaging, unopened, unused and free from damages, and are returned within 14 days of purchase.  We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, once the products have been used, we are unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty. If you have made an order and want to cancel it, send us an email with a brief note to world@welivein.co.uk. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to pay the costs for the return.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we deem items returned to have been opened/used and/or be in a non-saleable condition. Any costs associated with postage and packaging (including original shipping and packaging cost and the cost of returning the item to us) will not be reimbursed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the item. If your order value after returning your item(s) no longer qualifies for free shipping, delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
